Your first session will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Reflexology is an easy treatment to receive, at most you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks. A full medical history will be taken and you will need to sign a consent form. All information will be kept confidential. The treatment will consist of gentle pressure being applied using thumbs, fingers and knuckles mainly to the feet and sometimes hands and lower legs. Some areas may feel more tender or senstive highlighting possible imbalances within the body, this will pass. The general treatment should feel very relaxing.

After the treatment, I will discuss my findings with you, and build a unique treatment plan, recommending further treatments to aid wellbeing. Through my practice to date, consistency has proven key. I recommend 4-6 treatments, always reviewing at session 4, by this stage most of my clients have felt the powerful benefits of Reflexology - its at this marker where we decide to continue to session 6. Everyone is different and will respond at different stages.
