Cancellation Policy

Being a small business owner, late cancellations and no-shows really do affect my income and also delay other clients from being able to book in. For this reason, the following policy is in place:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice is required to avoid up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost being incurred. This is to allow me to try and fill your appointment slot.

If you fail to turn up to your appointment without prior contact, 100% of the scheduled treatment cost will be incurred as it will be impossible for me to fill your appointment slot.
